Identification Requirements for Cheque Cashing
Photograph Identity (1 Requied)
- Current UK/EU Photocard Driving Licence (full or provisional) paper version will need another ID from this list
- Current Passport
- UK Biometric Immigration Document
- UK Firearm Shotgun Licence
- EU National ID card
- Northern Ireland Electoral Office Identity
If you do not have a Passport or Driver’s Licence – Please call for further information.
Address Document (1 Required)
Dated within 3 months unless it states differently
- Recent Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, Sky etc)
- Water Bill for current year
- TV Licence – 12 month licence (5 year licence, valid for 3 months from date of issue)
- HMRC Correspondence/Benefit letter (Yearly)
- Council Rent Book/Benefit Book
- Council/Housing Association Agreement (No private landlord tenacy agreements)
- Bank/Building Society Statement
- Credit Card Statement
- Mortgage Statement
- Council Tax Bill for current year

WE WILL NEED TO HOLD ALL NEW CUSTOMERS CHEQUES FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AND WILL ONLY PAY OUT ONCE THE CHEQUE HAS BEEN CLEARED.
